SB1001 HFA Young and Hillenbrand 5-20

Delegates Young and Hillenbrand move to amend "SB1001 Criss HFA 5-20" on page 8, line 80, following the period by inserting the following

"From the above appropriation for the Department of Human Services Reserve (fund xxxx), $23,000,000 shall be transferred to "Child Care-maintenance of Effort Match (Fund 0403, appropriation 70800)."
